AI Transcription in Consultations

Some of our doctors use secure AI-powered transcription tools to help create accurate and detailed consultation notes. These tools are used only to support documentation and do not replace your doctor’s professional judgement.
Your privacy is important to us, all data is handled in line with Australian privacy laws, encrypted during transfer, and stored securely within your medical record. If you prefer not to have AI transcription used during your appointment, please let your doctor or reception team know.
