General Fee Policy: At Sippy Downs Family Clinic we offer a discounted fee for patients with a valid Healthcare/Pension Card. Fees differ over the weekend & on public holidays. Children aged 15 & under & Seniors aged 90 & above are eligible to be bulk billed during the week.
Dr Zia Fee Policy: Dr Zia is a 100% Private Doctor. A standard consult is charged at $60, there is no Medicare rebate. Fee’s for Skin Check/Procedures and Mirena insertion & removal may vary. Please Call the Clinic to find out more.
The patient the appointment is booked for needs to be in attendance or there is a non-rebatable fee. We offer three different lengths of appointment, standard, long and prolonged. A standard appointment can address one main medical issue, or two smaller issues. You may be asked to book again if you have further issues to discuss. For mental health issues, please book a long consultation. A long consultation is for patients with numerous medical issues to discuss and can address more complex medical problems or mental health issues. A prolonged consultation may be required for taking an extensive patient history, performing a clinical examination or implementing a management plan.
